1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return products purchased from Giggly.Site within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items may be exempt from being returned, such as personalized or customized products.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@giggly.site or call us at (606) 326-1523 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are granted for eligible returns in accordance with this policy. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Resolution:

Unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective/damaged, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
